Painting inspector

1. He should have minimum B-GAS/NACE Level II certification.
2. He should able to make Blasting & Painting Procedure.
3. He should able to Review the Painting Specification and related work in Storage Tank, Vessel,
Structure & Piping.
4. He should able to Analysis Coating Defects during and after the Application of Coating Systems and
Recommending Corrective Action complying with Approved Repair Procedure.
5. He should able to Traine and Qualifying Blasting, Painting/ Coating Personels Compliance with Health,
Safety & Quality Requirements.

He should have sound knoledge about ARAMCO Standards- SAES H100, SAES H101, SSPCS, APCS…. Etc.

Welding Inspector

Skills and qualification:

Candidate must meet the below requirement:

  1. A certified welding inspector from a recognized international certifying agency such as American Welding Society or other approved agencies.
  2. A bachelor in mechanical engineering or a diploma
  3. Must have at least 5 years experience in welding inspection of steel fabrication
  4. Must have experience in quality control, ISO 9001, NCR process
  5. Must be able to read drawing, check fabricated goods against drawings. Dimensions etc
  6. Must be able to read and write English
Must be familiarized with relevant codes and standards used in the steel fabrication		 5 years 02
Structural Engineer

A four-year bachelor's degree in structural Engineering

Structural engineers design and supervise the construction of many structures, including supports used for tanks and steel bridges, ladders, and its integrity.
Duties: Calculates loads and stresses on structures, investigates the strength of foundations and beams, and determines whether or not a structure can function safely.

Design Engineer

Education: A Graduate of Mechanical Engineering

Skills:

  1. Sound knowledge of manual design and calculation of tanks, pressure vessels, and structures.
  2. Experienced in computer aided design software’s, STAAD PRO, PV Elite, and Tikal.
  3. Knowledge about materials, material take off, alternative materials and its integrity
  4. Good communication skills
  5. A team player
Must have excellent knowledge of international codes and standards for design and calculation API, ASME, and other codes		 5 years 01
