We are registered overseas employment promoters with government of Pakistan having License #0959/Kar. Our recruitment procedure is as follows:

  1. Legal Demand received from our valued overseas clients.
  2. Obtaining permission to recruit from Protector of Emigrants.
  3. Searching date base and using personal contacts in order to find out most suitable candidates.
  4. Advertising jobs in widely circulated daily news papers, providing all possible opportunities to the interested candidate.
  5. Group Interview are carried out to shortlist candidates.
  6. Individual Interviews in this style of interviews the delegates meet the pre-screened candidates on a one to one basis.
  7. Trade test candidate's skills are tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and its conformity to international standards.
  8. Final Interview Depending on the requirement of the client, the Final Interviews can be conducted either by Al-Mansoor Enterprises officials or the client's delegates.
  9. Medical every prospective candidate undergoes strict medical examination.
  10. Orientation of candidate in detail regarding their jobs/rights.
  11. Completion of Formalities:- We undertake to complete the following formalities.
    • Visa stamping from the respective consulates/embassies.
    • Candidate's registration with Protector of Emigrants.
    • Passage booking for emigrants.
    • Follow up.
